LICENCES

EC Zagłębie Dąbrowskie sp. z o.o. has all the legally required licenses for electric power and heat production:

• License for the production of electric power for the period until the 31st December 2030 granted with the decision of the president of the Energy Regulatory Office (original name – “Urząd Regulacji Energetyki”) WEE/2959/23716/W/OKA/2014/CW, dated on the 4th August 2014 (last amendment made on December the 31th, 2024 DZO.WSW.4111.20.2024.MDz).
• License for heat production until the 31st December 2030 granted with the decision of the president of the Energy Regulatory Office (original name – “Urząd Regulacji Energetyki”) WCC/1265/23716/W/OKA/2014/CW, dated on the 4th August 2014 (last amendment made on December the 31th, 2024 DZO.WSW.4110.11.2024.MDz).
• License for trading in  electricity for the period until the 31st December 2030 granted with the decision of the president of the Energy Regulatory Office (original name – “Urząd Regulacji Energetyki”) OKA.4111.50.2017CW, dated on the 16th November 2017 (last change on December the 30th, 2024 DRE.WOSE.4111.1.56.4.2024.PT).
